Thank you for shopping with Nuvex. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Returns

Eligibility:

  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return:

Include your order number, name, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


2. Refunds

Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Please note that processing times depend on your financial institution and may take additional days to reflect on your account.

Partial Refunds:
A partial refund may be granted if:

  • Only part of the order is returned

  • Items show signs of use not related to manufacturing defects

  • Any promotional or bonus items were included


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photo of the damaged/defective product

  • Brief description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


4. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, orders may have already been processed and shipped, and standard return procedures will apply.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using the return process above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired product.
